What is Grown-Ups?

Grown-Ups is a curated adult entertainment platform, targeting all adult game enjoyers who are looking for an upgrade from the widely available whale focused fee-to-pay gatcha offerings everywhere else.

Who are you and what do you do?

We are a small team with decades of experience both in mainstream and adult games. We’ve been working both on the developer and the publishing side. We know we have a pretty good grasp on the current adult games scene and will scour the planet to hand-pick and present you with the cream of the crop.

Is it free?

Creating an account is free (provided you are 18+). The games themselves are not.

  • We are proud to offer only premium, pay-to-play games (no in-game microtransactions, or gacha machines).
  • Developers set their own price and we make it our priority to closely collaborate with them, to always present you with the best value possible.

How much do you keep?

Grown-Ups keeps 20% of the revenue, Developers keep 80% of the revenue.

Are you publishers?

No, we are an adult entertainment platform.

Steam Games

Why are you selling Steam Keys?

1 - Steam currently has some geographic restrictions (Germany) where they are not allowed to sell adult games.
2 - We thought it would be nice (especially for our German audience) to enable them to enjoy these products and engage with the developers in a meaningful way.
3 - We are poor and need to make some $$ before we can move on to standalone builds. For our launch we'll be testing it out with Wild Life.

How do I receive my Steam Key?

All your purchased games will show up under the "My Games" page, where you can redeem, or download them.

How does it work?

The Easy Way

  1. Complete your purchase.
  2. Go to the "My Games" page.
  3. If the game you purchased has a Steam Key - Press the "Redeem" button.
  4. This will automatically open your Steam client on the "Redeem Steam Key" page.
  5. Just paste your freshly purchased Steam Key and you're done!
  6. If the game you purchased is a downloadable - Press the "Download" button.
  7. You're all set for a sexy time!

The Manual Way

  1. Once you copy your Steam Key from My Games, open the Steam client.
  2. On the bottom left corner of the client click on “Add a Game”.
  3. Click on “Activate a product on Steam”.
  4. On the product activation prompt, click “Next”, then "I agree"
  5. Input your Steam Key.
  6. Done!

Yes. It is completely legal and helps developers both reach an audience they previously couldn’t & get a larger piece of the pie.

I did not receive my Steam Key?

Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our comprehension, the delivery may take up to 12 hours.
If after 12 hours your new game has not shown up under the "My Games" page. Please contact support: customersupport@grown-ups.net
Please put: "Game not received - /game name/" as your email subject line and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is this it? That's just 6 games!

Starting an adult platform is not an easy task and we want to do it right.
Backend, Frontend, Art, UI, texts, Localization, Business Partners and a plethora of other bits and bobs all take time.
And even though we have an amazingly passionate and dedicated team. We are still very small and it takes us time to bring you quality.

Profile & Login

Who can create an account?

Everyone who is 18+ years old

  • No one under 18 years old is allowed to create a Grown-Ups account.
  • We also do not allow the creation of a Grown-Ups account with parental/guardian consent to persons who are under 18 years of age.

Why can’t I log in?

  1. Try clearing out your browser’s cache.
  2. If you’ve broken any rules from our “Code of Conduct”, or “Terms of Services” your account might have been suspended.
  3. Please make sure you are using the correct email and password.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot Password” function on the log-in screen.
  5. If you input your password wrong too many times, account access will be restricted for 24h.
  6. If you have forgotten your email, or just are not sure what’s going on, please contact customersupport@grown-ups.net and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.

Can I edit my profile?

In the future, Yes. At launch we will have a limited amount of profile features, which we will expand upon in due time.
We are constantly working on expanding them and giving you full control.

How do I find my profile page?

You need to be logged in, to access your profile page.
After you log-in, your profile will be accessible via the profile icon on the top right.

I lost/My device got stolen where I have auto-login turned on?!

Try logging in from another device and change your password immediately.
If that doesn’t work, please contact support customersupport@grown-ups.net and we will take care of it.
Please note that in such a case. We will need to verify your identity, by confirming the last payment method you used to make a purchase on Grown-Ups.


How do I contact Grown-Ups in case I’m having issues with the site?

We always strive to get back to you as soon as we can.
Please take into account that due to our team size limitations, we might take up to 48h to answer.
Depending on workload and the type of your issue.

How do I contact a certain developer?

There are multiple ways and opportunities for you as a Grown-Ups user to get in touch with any of the developers we are collaborating with.

  1. You can try contacting them via their given businessl inks on the dedicated product page of their game (Twitter, Patreon, Discord).
  2. You can follow our social media & join our Discord to keep a track of developer events.
  3. Or you can simply contact our support and let us know what you want to relay to the devs. Please note, we reserve the right to deny any request. In such a case we will provide you with a viable reason for our denial.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, at this point Grown-Ups does not offer refunds.
That being said, please contact customersupport@grown-ups.net and we will try to resolve your issue any other way.


Do I get charged for creating an account?

No, creating an account is completely free and does not require any credit/debit card information.

Why do I get emails from Grown-Ups?

When you created an account, you might’ve agreed to our newsletter and promotions offers.
If you would not like to receive our newsletters, simply open one of these emails, scroll to the bottom and click “Unsubscribe”.
You should stop receiving them immediately.
In case you continue receiving them after you’ve unsubscribed, please contact support and we will manually remove you from the system at our earliest convenience.


Why is my purchase pending / didn’t go through?

  1. Please make sure your account has enough funds to complete the transaction.
  2. Please make sure that you have approved the transaction in any “3D Secure” features your bank might have enabled.
  3. If the issue persists, please contact customersupport@grown-ups.net and we’ll take care of it with the highest priority.
